Processing Time

For the pearl jewellery, normal production lead time is 6 - 8 weeks upon receipt of the order confirmation and deposit payment. It depends on the complexity of the design and the order quantity. For more complicated design or larger order quantity, it takes more time for the bulk production. For the pearl strand and loose pearl, the production lead time is within a week.

Shipping Cost

Delivery charge will be billed to the invoice once the weight of parcel is obtained. Or you can use your nominated courier company and provide us with your courier account number for shipment arrange.

About Insurance

We are pleased to take out insurance for the shipment if necessary. You can request it to our sales team by e-mail.

 

Custom & Import Tax

Quotation from Wai Yip Pearl does not include any custom tax. You should check the tax rate from the local official custom website.

 

Tracking your order

Your parcel can be delivered by EMS, FedEx, DHL or UPS. We will keep you posted of the tracking number once the order is sent. If you have any special requirement for the shipment, please inform our sales team by e-mail before shipmenet arrange.
